Fuel, provisions, boat care and waterfront dining — everything a boater needs, steps from the slip.

Fuel Dock
Top off at the dock before a day on the bay, or skip the stop entirely — dry storage members can request fuel with their BoatCloud launch and find the tank full on arrival. Jack's Pack members enjoy 2% off marine gasoline purchases.

The Ships Store
Part chandlery, part concierge desk, the Ships Store is the heart of the marina. Ice, tackle, sundries and local knowledge are always in stock — plus live shrimp during the season from October through April. A waterway chart of the marked route from the marina to the Gulf is yours for the asking, and the team can answer any boating question at (239) 495-3222.

Boat Services & Work Racks
- Light mechanical services — performed on site by the marina team
- Work racks — first-come racks for washing, waxing and repairs; all vessels must be out of the water to be washed (please limit washes to 30 minutes in season)
- Mobile mechanics — several independent mobile mechanics serve the marina, and dealers may perform warranty work here; all vendors carry a Certificate of Insurance on file
- Detailing — washing and detailing arranged through the Ships Store

Backwater Jacks Bar & Restaurant
The marina's own waterfront restaurant serves fresh, local, sustainable seafood overlooking the docks — proudly the first restaurant in Lee County to endorse the Eat Local Lee initiative. Arrive by boat at the transient dock any time; guests arriving by car from outside Bonita Bay should call ahead for reservations and gate clearance.
- Reservations & private events — (239) 992-3010 · cashless (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover)
- Summer hours — Thursday–Saturday, 11 AM–8 PM · Happy Hour 3–6 PM
- Pick-up & delivery — carry-out service, with free delivery inside Bonita Bay
- Jack's Pack rewards — annual membership with 10% off food & beverage, a $150 beverage credit, 10% off Ships Store purchases, 2% off fuel and VIP advance reservations

Safety & Storm Readiness
- VHF channel 72 — monitored by the marina during operating hours; the U.S. Coast Guard monitors channel 16 for emergencies
- Tow Boat U.S. partnership — towing insurance is recommended for all owners; reach Tow Boat U.S. at (239) 945-1664
- Hurricane program — when a Hurricane Watch is issued, the marina may bring outside-moored boats into dry dock (a hurricane haul-out fee applies); concerned owners can call (239) 495-3222
Accounts, Payments & Bill Pay
Boaters are encouraged to use a marina account for purchases; guests may pay by ACH, cash, Visa or Mastercard. Slip and storage holders can manage payments anytime through Online Bill Pay.
